Patricia founded Kerr Ingram Executive Search and Selection in 1988. The company is now one of the UK’s leading Executive Search and Outplacement consultancies operating within the property and financial sectors. Clients include most of the major commercial agencies, financial institutions, investment banks, property companies, retail organisations and landed estates.
Patricia founded the Property Industry Award for High Achievement in 2001. Patricia has also sailed across the Atlantic (with three others), climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and undertaken treks in India and Nepal to raise funds for medical and children’s charities.
